Transform Your Body and Mind with Pilates with Nina!
Nina Kramer is a classically trained Pilates Instructor with dual certifications in mat and apparatus. She began taking Pilates classes in Brooklyn back in 2011. There she was introduced to Joe Pilates’ equipment and felt compelled to learn more. She has since completed two 500-hour certification programs from BodyTonic in Brooklyn under Jennifer De Luca and from Beacon Pilates in the Hudson Valley under Juliet Harvey. She also studied Iyengar Yoga for 28 years in Manhattan prior to becoming a Pilates teacher. Both yoga and Pilates have helped her cultivate strength, stability, better mobility and a strong body-mind connection. Nina continues to study pilates to keep things fresh and expand her repertoire. She is passionate about the method and wants to share it with anyone who is willing to try. She believes anyone can do Pilates. It doesn’t matter how old you are or how strong or weak you perceive yourself to be. If you commit to trying a few classes, you will see and feel immediate results.

What is Pilates?
Pilates is a form of exercise that strengthens and stretches the body. It emphasizes core strength, balance, flexibility and posture. Pilates will help you cultivate a strong body-mind connection that will transfer into your daily life. You’ll move with more ease and coordination and you will improve your balance. In your sessions you will learn how to pay attention to your breath and your form as you move and strengthen your body.

Private Sessions
In these sessions you will have the complete attention of Nina. We will design sessions to meet your individual needs and adjust as necessary. You will be monitored closely and guided through the exercises to help you maintain proper form so that you strengthen and stretch your body.

Semi Privates
These sessions will have up to three people. You will work on the Reformer, the Tower and the Wunda Chair. Sessions will also integrate mat work and use pilates “props” to keep you energized.

Zoom Mat Classes
These sessions can be done at home with or without props. Private Sessions on Zoom
If you would like to do Pilates from the comfort of your home, you can book an online Zoom session tailored specifically to your individual needs. These sessions can be done with or without props.
Private Zoom: $75

Duets
These sessions are specifically tailored for you and your partner. It's the next best thing to a private lesson. You will work on the Tower, Reformer and Wunda Chair. We'll also incorporate mat work with props and sometimes the Barrel.
Duets: $60
